Orders currently take up to 14 working days to be processed and sewn, before they are send out for delivery.

To know the timeframe of when your order is estimated to be despatched from please check the product page before placing an order or email us with your order number and we can update you on the progress of your order. 

If you need your order by a specific date, please use the 'Add a note to your order' box above to write when you’ll need the order by and select Priority & Rush Order at checkout.

Ordering outside of the UK may give rise to customs and import duties. As a result of Brexit this now includes the EU.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes and customs charges are paid according to their own countries legislation.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to Mitra The Label. If this is the case there will be a processing fee deducted from your refund of £5 in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to Mitra The Label.

If you are unable to locate the parcel, please check with neighbours in the area and other persons living at this address.

If you are still not able to locate the package please contact Royal Mail directly to file a complaint. You can contact them by phoning the following number 0345 774 074 or filling out a claims form here
