Mitra The Label is open as usual and we welcome all orders. There may be some minor delays in shipping. To ensure safety measures put in place ourselves our postal runs will be slightly reduced. We will notify you by email of any major changes to your order if any. ​

Orders are processed within 2-14 business days of purchase.

We aim to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date set out on the website unless there is an event outside our control. We will inform you of the revised estimated delivery date if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery.

Once we have received payments in full, including any delivery charges you will own the products. 

Once the delivery has been completed, whether the products have been delivered to you or a person identified by you to the address or location you gave to us when completing the order, the products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

I have been asked to pay a duty fee to receive my delivery - what is this for?

Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UK over a certain value. If your Mitra The Label order exceeds the maximum amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. 

Mitra The Label is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

These fees are not computed nor applied by Mitra The Label. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.

When will my order ship? 

Your order will likely be shipped out as soon as we have finished making your order. Orders will not be sent to the Post Office on Sunday due to them being closed. 

Where does my bikini ship from?

Your order ships from Bristol, United Kingdom, right from the home of the owner, Emily. 

How can I track my bikini?

If you have chosen a tracked service, you will be updated automatically as soon as your order is fulfilled & on its way to you, either via text or email.

I live in Bristol, United Kingdom, can I pick up my order the same day?

As of now, Mitra The Label does not have a storefront & we are therefore unable to provide a pick-up option. Hopefully in the future! We do however offer a drop off service to certain postcodes in the UK. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to almost everywhere in the world. Shipping prices will vary depending on location.

My bikini order is lost, what should I do?

Mitra The Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, contact your parcel carrier immediately! Please email hello@mitrathelabel.com, with your name & order number for any additional assistance.
