Returns

Please understand we do not accept returns, on items that are produced on a made-to-order service, due to your order being handmade from scratch in size, colour and style that you request.

Returns for an exchange will only be accepted if the item is the wrong size or deemed faulty and must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Mitra The Label reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description. If you can unsure of what size to order, please check out or sizing chart or email us with accurate measurements so we can assit with sizing prior to checkout for more details.

Colours/lighting may show differently on each computer or mobile, therefore there may be slight variations in colour. Please email hello@mitrathelabel.com if you are unsure about the colour you are purchasing and would like to see more photos.

Please note as we are always receiving new batches of fabric, our previous batch colour may not be the exact same as the next bath of fabrics, so if you are  purchasing another pair of bottoms or a top to match your past purchases we always recommend to ask us prior as there is a high chance the colour will not match and therefore we always advise to purchase a full set as the same time to ensure you receive the exact same colour for the top and bottoms.

Please also note when ordering reversible swimwear, there is a chance that some lighter colours may show a darker/brighter colour, so if you’re concerned about this you may want to pick two darker colours or two lighter colours for your reversible swimwear pieces or email hello@mitrathelabel.com for colour recommendations, sizing, fit or any other questions you may have.
