Coronavirus update: 

Mitra The Label is open as usual and we welcome all orders. There may be some minor delays in shipping. To ensure safety measures put in place ourselves our postal runs will be slightly reduced. We will notify you by email of any major changes to your order if any. ​

Once you’ve placed an order you will receive a notification via email confirming we have received this. Your items are then handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks before your items are shipped. See below for estimated delivery times. When an order is ready to ship, a dispatch notification will be confirmed by email.

Mitra The Label delivers to the UK, mainland Europe and the rest of the world.

As items are made to order please allow up to two weeks before you get a notification about delivery. All orders will be sent fully tracked with a signature required. Once you get a notification please allow the following, before you receive your order: 

UK - 3-7 business days
Ireland - 3 - 10 business days
Europe - 5-10 business days
Global - 10-14 business days

All orders will be sent via the Royal Mail or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service.

We aim to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date set out on the website unless there is an event outside our control. We will inform you of the revised estimated delivery date if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery. You have the right to cancel your order which will be fully refunded if you are not happy with the revised estimated delivery date. Once we have received payments in full, including any delivery charges you will own the products. 

Once the delivery has been completed, whether the products have been delivered to you or a person identified by you to the address or location you gave to us when completing the order, the products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.


Not in love with your pieces or the wrong size? Simply email us at within 10 days of delivery with your order number and name of items you wish to return for exchange to start the process. 

We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel. Please note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Please check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Mitra The Label will not accept any items returned damaged in any way. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used sitewide!

Return Conditions

Whilst you are deciding on whether to keep your purchases, you do have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the items. Any items your wish to return must be in a re-saleable condition, meaning the product, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. As we stand by minimizing waste, we want biodegradable and recyclable packaging at Mitra The Label, so we currently do not use hygiene liners, due to them being made out of plastic, so please wear underwear when trying on your swimsuits. Our biodegradable liners will not be available until the end of June/July. 

Mitra The Label will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods. We shall evaluate the condition of the product by considering if your handling goes beyond that would be reasonably be allowed in a store and the general wear. Upon evaluation, we reserve the right to reduce the number of monies refunded, where the value of the goods are diminished from your handling of the goods.  

If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email or by post to the address you provide to us when ordering the products.

Faulty Item

If you receive a faulty item please email with "RETURN and your order number" in the subject line and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery, to sort out a replacement as soon as possible. 

Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted. 

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced**
